Some travel sites still have availability at Paniolo Greens (12 minutes away) and other nearby properties but the entire island is close to sold out over our dates.

The cancellation date for your hotel reservation is November 28th, 2021. On November 29th you will be charged in full to the credit card on file for your existing reservation or for any reservation made after this date. If you find you are not able to attend after the deadline, we will try to resell your room to another attendee. If we are unable to do so, the hotel will then put the room back into their regular inventory to try to sell (at the prevailing rate). If the room is re-sold/re-booked, you will be refunded in full for the reservation.

Upon leaving Kona International Airport, head north on Kupipi St. Make a slight left to stay on Kupipi St. Make a slight left toward Keahole Airport Road. Keep right at the fork and continue straight onto Keahole Airport Road. Turn left onto HI-19/Queen Kaahumanu Hwy for 17 miles and turn left onto Waikoloa Beach Dr. Turn left onto Kawahine Pl by the sign for the resort. Aloha and welcome!
